    What is the best way to removel them,Hammer and drift tool..? :D or, is it a Job for machine shop?. Would appreciate any advice.

    pressing them out would be normal procedure, but i would normally get that sort of stuff done in an engine shop, unless its only 1 or 2 for some reason
