Forgive my ignorance but have the ten year rates changed? I could have sworn last year it was 25% but I have no documentation to say that that I can find and the Internet now says 16% ?

16% tax free (well mostly) is a good deal versus 2026 government bonds which are trading at a yield to maturity of just over 1% p.a. - it's the prevailing low interest rate environment in action.

I wouldn't be buying either personally though!
