    Hi.

    What bin collectors charge by lift (not sure if that's even a thing), weight, and flat monthly charge?

    I think Country Clean only charge a monthly flat fee so if you put bins out every week or less often -- you pay the same. That's hardly an incentive for folk to reduce waste. I used to flatten the recycling so the blue bin went out only about once a month max -- it seems that was pointless.

    Country Clean have a couple of different setups, including the one I have at the moment, with a €240 per-annum charge and €6 per-lift up to a certain weight-limit. Above that extra per-lift charges apply.
