Prank victims

A few months ago there was a video doing the rounds of a youtuber playing a ‘prank’ on a delivery guy in the street. The prankster enquires about where to find the shopping area and then slips in a casual insult and calls the guy ‘fish face’ when asking to confirm the info.

The delivery fella takes exception to this and gets fairly aggressive and threatens to beat the shíte out of him. The youtuber explains that it’s a hidden camera joke but the delivery guy is fairly irate and hits him an open handed slap before the youtuber makes his retreat.

The video is 46 seconds but the delivery fella says the incident went on for longer and that it’s been edited.

The youtuber decided to report the incident and provided the video as evidence. In the court case the judge ruled in his favour and fined the delivery man 30€ for aggressive behaviour occasioning minor injury but pointed put that the prankster has to accept that they are exposing themselves to a certain level of risk by provoking reactions from people.

A well deserved slap or an over reaction?

Well deserved. Should have used a fist.

    Mostly a well-deserved slap.

I think, though, that these utter ***** who come up with these pranks or 'social experiments' have worked out by now that a lot of people actually like to see them getting a good slap now and again, so I wouldn't be surprised if even that was part of the plan these days.

'Prank gone wrong' might easily be 'Prank gone as planned'.

    An obvious setup.

Most of these "prankster" vids are full of shít and, like TV, setup prior to garner the youtuber their 15 minutes of fame.

An over reaction that was well deserved.

Those who utter, "It's just a prank, bro" deserve every slap they get. More doled out here.

    🤪

    Cry bullying 101

When a bully is provoking you and you get fed up of their **** and retaliate, invariably, the response is "What's your problem? It was only a joke-banter-prank!"

In this case an idiot insults a random target for fun, get's called on it, with a sharp slap to boot.

And then the target is somehow at fault for 'over-reacting' and get's fined.

What a baby to report that.

Vitaly has got the crap beat out of him lots of times and just laughs. It's an occupational hazard you need to accept will happen the odd time.

It's just like when Jack Jones (youtube prankster) get people pranking him, he calls the police.

If one is going to interupt someones life to make fun of them, and film it, and post it to the internet, they should expect some sort of backlash.

If you are going to deliberately go out of your way to make me mad then don't be surprised when my madness manifests itself with a slap.

Never understood the fun of "practical jokes".
It strikes me as fun for the feebleminded.
Those of an older demographic will remember "Beadle's About". Some of the nation thought he was hilarious, most thought he deserved hitting around the head with a sockful of batteries.
The fact that these proportions are probably reversed explains the Brexit vote.

Some take it too far. That one where the man splashes Tom Cruise on the red carpet backfired.

Used to work in a place where you had to garb up in those all in one suits. I had to take mine off to go out to the warehouse. When I got back, two of the lads had tied the legs of the suit up. I came back and went to put it on and nearly fell over myself before I realised :)

Remember Dennis Pennis? Poor Steve Martin :( :pac:

30 yoyos to hit that lad? Where do I sign up?
