    Hi,

    I'm wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get money once the sheriff has been paid ?

    A guy owed me a substantial amount of money and the courts ordered the sheriff to confiscate assets , but on the day he agreed to pay in 3 days and had it sent by bank draft, that was on the 17th of Feb and i still havent heard anything about money coming back to me , so im wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get money from them after its paid ?

    You should contact the relevant sheriff's office and ask.
