No order acknowledgement

I ordered a cd from irishcountrydot.ie last friday and paid via Paypal, and have receipt from PP which says 'completed'


I got no email acknowledge of my order nor is there any orders listed in my account with them.

I emailed them to day but no reply yet.



If I send them the PP i.d. transaction number will they recoganise this or is that only a reference for PP and me.


Can I send them a copy of my PP receipt email or would that be a foolish
thing to do.

Scam is in my head too, but their website is irishcountry.ie

but my PP receipt says You sent a payment of €11.49 EUR to Irishcountry.ie irishcountrydotie@gmail.com


I wonder is the PP page I was directed too a fake as well.

Ah right. No, that website is likely legit to be fair. They appear to be a company called Bridge Records in Wexford. If you only emailed them today then I wouldn't panic just yet. Give them a day or two at least imo.

Still no contact from them. Rang their phone number and it just has a continuous loud noise on it. Hope I can get my money back from PP

As mention above it looks like Bridge Stores also own them, they are on facebook they posted some pictures today, so they are active maybe post on their facebook and/or send them a message.

I called the number now and rang out, maybe try them again tomorrow soon after they open.

I know the people who own bridge records good people you will have no problem. I think their shop closed recently so they went online
