    Wolseley up for sale. Worked here as a Carpenter from 2002-2007 and have a bit of a soft spot for the place. As a golfer too it is one of the best courses i have played in the last while and was in unbelievable condition when I played in in Aug 2016.
    Would love for someone like John Malone to buy it and really put a push behind it. Its a hidden gem and Carlow deserves some US Billionaire money :)

    Do the previous owners still have their house slap bang in the middle of the hotel?

    That'd be a potential fly in the ointment of any sale.

    Yes, the previous owners still have rights of way. There are lots of rumours as to buyers.
