    Hi

Could anyone recommend a meal plan with supplements for muscle gain without losing weight.
I am about 60kg in my 20's. Doing HIIT and cardio and weights training 3 times a week, have no problem raising the training to more days.
I also am working full time in office job and studying at weekends so if there is anything that can be added in for energy, focus and concentration that would be great.

    Thanks in advance :)

what kind of weight training? are you doing the big compounds?

I find this programme (with my daily cycle (bike not steriods ;) ), one 5k run and one HIIT class a week), has allowed me to maintain weight/muscle and lose fat and get stronger

Diet wise - i just eat as clean as possible with portion control and dont generally eat a lot of carbs.

    seems to work for me!
