April 8th til 15th plus or minus a day or two.
Looking at Maldives. Hoping for all inclusive for me and herself. Budget is for a nice place so pretty high ish...
    Anyone recommend a place? Thanks.
Doesn't have to be Maldives. Bali an option too but someplace Indian ocean is where she wants to go!

I agree, it's very far for a week. You'd want direct flights ideally.
Have you considered staying within Europe, on the edges? If you want sun maybe somewhere like Madeira or Croatia or Malta or Cyprus?

If you're sure you want to go further afield, we stayed at a honeymoon resort in the Dominican Republic at that time last year and it was lovely. Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado Resort on the Samana peninsula. I would highly recommend it. :) In general, after visiting there, I would only look for adult-only resorts. It was so much more relaxed.

Carribean is out as we're emigrating to Canada in the summer so that will be our go to place for sun for the next decade. Europe will be too cold for her.

So where else? We've done Morocco and Canaries and she didn't really like them...

What didn't she like about them? More info would help. Sounds like heat is important. What about Cape Verde? Or a city trip to Dubai?
