Intermittent wiper issue

    Hi all,

    VW Golf Mk4 with Rain sensors. My wipers fail to work in intermittent mode. I know failed relays are and maybe the cause of this issue.

    Is there a way of testing the relay that is in the car? Would a scan find the fault? What I'm trying to say is that I don't want to go down the road of purchasing a new relay and the fault to be something else...
