Making my debut there at end of April

Looks decent on their website - Mature Parkland

Anyone know it well, what's it like ?

    Cheers

Use to play there as a kid. Course always in super condition. Greens always super. Very similar to the parklands around Dublin. Hermitage etc. Not overly long but alot of trees so driving it straight is what you want.

TIGHT! Short, trees everywhere. That is all.

Its a nice mature parkland on a tight piece of land. The previous advice is correct, the fairways are tree lined & it can be easy to find trouble.

From memory I was given a piece of advice by a member who said that generally the greens flow towards the front gate, so might be worth noting for approaches, etc...

Its got quite an active membership, who are very involved in course decisions and has a strong social scene.

I can't remember around practice facilities, I think that there is a short game area hidden somewhere around the back of the clubhouse

    Best of luck

Played there in a Jimmy Bruen a few years back. Thought it was a very nice course and immaculately maintained.
