Charged when I'm not a customer

    We signed up for Eir Broadband last month but the engineer said we were too far from the exchange so he was going to cancel the order. We also rang customer care and they confirmed that the order was cancelled.
    Eir have now taken money from our account even though we're not customers.
    Any chance an Eir rep could look into this for me?
