boss is a bully?

    hi all, so a new girls started in work lately and i've heard through about 5 different people that he seems to be bullying her. apparently he called her stupid, told her she has a stupid face, told her she was useless and has embarrassed and humiliated her in front of customers. she said she goes home in tears every night. from other stories i've heard, he's realy picking on her. and another girl did something wrong and wenr home. then the bullied girl was told it was HER fault even though she had nothing to do with it.

    thats not normal. surely this is workplace bullying?!!?
