    It's as if he's her toy boy or something. I'm talking about the part when they greet at the start; she gives him a sort of smack on the face. Couldn't picture that happening to James Bond!

    I don't watch it though. I just saw it passing through.

    Nicky Byrne is there because RTE have decided he is one of their handpicked individuals they want to push. He got lucky to be part of a Louis Walsh project and then needless to say he got into RTE. All these ex Westlifers can get airtime to do what they want. Byrne has been given this show, game shows, a radio programme and an infamous stint as Eurovision representative. His solo music career has not been a success.

    When will RTE stop promoting handpicked individuals like him, Mike Denver, Oliver Callan, etc. who are mediocre and certainly who do not deserve all the airtime they get. It is not of the caliber of Ray Charles, Elvis or Monty Python we have here.

    Yeah, but who's better than Oliver Callan? It's not like he goes easy on the establishment!

    I hate all manufactured music and despise all celeb culture.... But yer man nicky is grand.. Can't see anything wrong there. The granny's, pathetic 40yo westlife fans and kids surely like him.
    Can't say the same for Tubs and darcy though.
    Over a million euros per year between them

    Nicky Byrne is a self righteous, know it all who is only famous because of who his crooked father in law is and being the least talented member of a poorly manafactured defunct boy band - FACT! Obejctify away Amanda!!!

    Probably a bit harsh but I would not be a fan of Nicky Byrne's myself.

    She didn't do it tonight, but instead she patronised him by correcting his dickie-boe. I assume it didn't even need to be corrected.

    She'll get him one way or another.

    Problem is solved now, with the ending of the show. The fact that the winner was the best dancer on the show was great......yawn.....
