    Hi,

    Early days here for me so looking for ball park figures for remodel of existing 100 sq/m bungalow

    -replumb
    -rewire
    -insulate, walls, floor, roof

    add 40 sq/m extension to the rear.

    small porch to the front.

    Looking for ballpark figure please?
