Cut-Off more than it should have been?

    So myself and my wife's cutoffs were unevenly split so I rang my local tax office and asked them to split it evenly, i.e. 67600/2 = 33800(cutoffs would still be fully utilized in this case). What I did notice when I checked online(PAYE Anytime) was that our previous allocated cutoffs were actually above the yearly standard when combined(i.e. approx. 68200), is there any justifiable reason for that? or is that an error on Revenues part.

    There would be flat rate expenses yeah. So they should be added to the cutoffs total?
