    Anyone any tips on how to complete a behavioral style questionnaire. Younger bother has had a lot recently and keeps getting rejected so anyone know the best way to approach. Job is with Aer Lingus.

    I'm in the same boat for aer lingus, applied for the 4 got one response back from Aer lingus so I'll let you know if it's different.

    Cheers, think he got Revenue Management and also applied for Finance role.

    It's the same cut-e bollox tests. God I hate these tests as once you realise where everything is it's all over.

    Not really, more of try to find the numbers rather than calculate

    Anyone do the Aer Lingus Ground Ops ones? Found them ok but I've not done any tests in a while since I've been working for a bit since leaving college.

    It is frustrating how only once its near the end you can rally through some Qs because you know what tab is where. I've had worse numerical ones than that but I'm assuming the Revenue/Finance numerical would be tougher than the ground ops one.
