can anyone tell me what older DDR2 chipset will support 8Gb Ram

I am looking to replace a bad socket 775 mobo.
Preferably integrated graphics, no other requirements, but must be 775 & DDR2

    thanks

All of these motherboards EXCEPT the ASRock Wolfdale1333-D667 R2.0 .

Note that some of them have a mixture of DDR2 + DDR3 slots, you can't mix-and-match.
