What to factor into AVC

    I'm about to make a pension0 AVC for 2016 tax year and want to be sure I have my figures right. Am I correct in saying that all of the the below can be included if provided by the employer and I've paid tax on them?

    Base Salary
    Car Allowance
    Family Healthcare
    Bonus
    Shares awarded (and taxed!)

    This seems logical enough but I want to double-check as it's tough to find a simplified guide online! :)
