    Hello,

    Looking for thoughts on most efficient route fron Leixlip to Rotunda Hospital by car. I believe the Luas works are causing issues and changes to the usual routes I would have assumed in the past.

    Best route?
    Rush hour / off-peak considerations?
    (Or indeed variations if getting to Parnel or Ilac multi-stories)

    Up the quay's and Jervis Street and left and around the block to to the rear of the cinema or O'Connell Street for the Ilac is probably your only reasonable option. Something you could do is to park at Heuston and get the Luas as far Jervis, if you are able to walk up from here.

    If it's rush hour, use the bus lanes. If pulled over, I think a screaming woman on the passenger seat should be enough for any guard to give you an escort in.
