First year house split

    Well im in leaving cert and havent booked any student accomodation coz i didnt know about the early applications😂 Any other first year ladz going in want to split a house somewhere near galway centre? 3 bedroom if possible with a house party or two when settled in?😂 Reply if interested

    I'm in the same boat as you with the accommodation hey. I'd be down for renting a gaff or some craic in the city centre with you & another person.

    Landlords really hesitate to renting to first years (and any students not in final year or beyond tbh) and rightly so. I'd stick to student accommodation for first year, you'll get a better lay of the land, and actually discover the kind of people you can live with and those you can't.
