If it is Saturday night and Sunday parking is paid only from 14:00 and you are allowed 3 hours parking according to the machine for the next day, is it okay to be there till 10am Sunday or 17:00 Sunday? (Pic attached )

In theory the machine will accept payment after 19:00 on Saturday and that payment will buy time beginning at 14:00 on Sunday.

But some of the machines are a bit old-fashioned and will refuse any payment during periods when parking is free.

You'd be much better off using the parkingtag.ie app - that would allow you to pay remotely at precisely 14:00 on Sunday.

2 - 6 Sunday parking is really only present in a few very high demand areas... the City Center and near some of the rugby grounds I think, and there is the Mon - Sun parking in some housing estates.

Its worthwhile going on Streetview. With probably only a kilometer walk (or even less) you'll probably find a Mon - Sat 7 - 7, free on Sunday street.
