when the car is turned off and i take the coolant cap off the water is like bubbling up and seems like there is air there. any solution? thanks

It sounds like there is an air lock in the coolant system, or possibly the impeller is fecked, or something else.

You can try burping car, I wrote about it here

It's not. But do feel free to come up with suggestions to OP.
