Inspector of Taxes?

    Hi all. I have a Permanent Health Certificate that I need to send to the "Inspector of Taxes". Can anyone advise me , is this the tax office in my local area (Wicklow)? Who do I send the form to ?Name ? Address? Etc.

    Any help appreciated. James

    Go to revenue.ie and click on contact locator, input your PPS number and it will give you the address to send it to. No name needed, just send to the right office with your PPS number on the form/cover letter and it will make its way onto your file.

    Or you could login at www.revenue.ie and scan it through . For filing purposes your document is safe there in the cloud .
