Lost Channels FTA

Hi

Been having a strange issue.
Cannot tune in BBC4 , Channel 5 and some other FTA channels on an Arriva 150.

Reset the box and performed a blind scan but still cannot find the channels.
Satellite pointing to Astra 28.2 E.
Tried adding the tp manually and searching but still nothing.
Not sure whether it is the box or the satellite .
BBC 1 , BBC 2 , ITV & Channel 4 work fine.
Searched at night time when BBC 4 broadcasting but still nothing.
Anyone able to offer advise?

is there an option to scan eurobird 28.2 on these boxes?
i think i had one of these that would only find some channels when i selected eurobird

Ya scanned Eurobird too , still no luck

if you enter 11024 H 23000 8psk DVB-S2 2/3 are you seeing a signal reading at all?
