Smart tv with RTE player/TV3player?

Does such a thing exist? I want to buy a new tv, we don't have a saorview aerial so watch most of our rte and tv3 stuff on catchup, so is it possible to get a smart tv with those apps or able to download those apps to?
All I can find are TVs with apps like Netflix, YouTube and UK stuff.
We have a Humax freesat box so already have Netflix, YouTube and ITV hub there, it's really only the Irish stuff we are missing.
(I know any tv we buy will be saorview enabled but we are renting and don't want the hassle of putting up an aerial yet as we will be moving again in the near future)

    Thanks.

Oh great! I was googling and getting conflicting info, but that's great to know. Narrows down the choice for me then too!
    Cheers

We're in a dormer bungalow so the 'attic' space is limited and located awkwardly from the living area so running cables would be a nightmare and involve lots of drilling if holes, which we don't want to do obviously.
And we are about 50km from the nearest transmission site, and I know indoor aerials work better the closer they are.

I've got a Samsung smart TV with the RTE player on it - it is absolutely dire, ads play perfectly but the programme will often buffer or crash, sending you right back to the ads at the start :( I've found that accessing the player via the browser is better than the app but even that will crash sometimes. There's a thread about it here, there have been problems with it for a while http://m.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056875014&page=3

I had this problem on an android box, drove me insane. I presumed it might be a software issue as the android box was old, but then it just seemed to resolve itself.
However I still have an issue with how the programs play on it, the ads play perfectly in widescreen mode, but the programs will only play in what looks like 4:3 ratio, like the old square TVs.

Bumping this as probably best place to do so.

I bought a Toshiba smart TV the other day. I am no way up to speed with smart TV's so asked the lady in the shop quite a lot of questions, to which she ensured me that I can watch rte player, tv3 player etc on the apps and also can watch anything online through the internet browser, so I ended up buying the Toshiba TV. She even went as far as showing me the apps (albeit on a different make of TV - "as all smart TV's are the same"). So now I discover I don't have these players, nor can I play them on the browser as I don't have flash enabled.

Question: Is there anyway for me to add these, or alternatively can I look for my money back/exchange for a different TV make that has these features - on the basis that the lady in the shop assured me that all smart TV's have the same features?

Id go for money back. If she is selling tvs with the mantra "all smart tvs are the same" I would make an example.
