Ben Bulben route

I know there is a previous thread on this but I'm just looking for up to date info on good route to climb Ben Bulben. I'm going up with some friends so I'm looking for a reasonably non-demanding route (I don't want injuries/falls).
Would any posters also include directions on how to drive there and where to park. I am very familiar with the main Bundoran Sligo road but where should I turn off etc I Will be coming from Donegal direction. Thanks

You can also start here for a different route.
