    Looking to buy a second car... Not expensive and cheap to run.

    Not bothered about number plate snobbery.. I'd rather pick up a 10 year old for cash than be in hock to a finance company for a poxy Micra.

    Is it true that insurers are refusing cars older than 10 years old?

    Budget of 5k cash maybe for a decent car.. 1.2 4 cylinder or something like that.
