I took a picture with my iPad ,it's an ID card picture,I need to upload it to a site but it says it's too big ,the site is asking me for it to be 2mb but it's 4mb ,what do I do to solve this

Resize it. There's photo editing software on iTunes

Can you resize the photo without having to take it again I'm not very tech savvy

Easiest way would be to email it to yourself from your iPad. It usually gives you the option to resize before you send.

Not sure if you'll be able to use that utility from an iPad but as the last person said, you could email it to yourself and do it from a PC or laptop.
