    Hi

On my phone I get a suggested post (ad) every 3 or 4 posts on my timeline on Facebook. Any idea how to stop this?

    Thanks.

Open Facebook on your computer or mobile device. ...
Scroll to the Suggested Post you want to hide. ...
Tap or click on the down arrow at the top right area of the post. ...
Tap or click "Hide Ad". ...
Tap the "Hide all ads from [page]" option. ...
Repeat this process for other Suggested Posts.

I have been doing that but they still keep coming! I have click hide all ads from probably 40 advertisers and interests.

These are paid ads so FB won't let you just remove them all.
It will allow you to remove some, but not all. At least as far as I know.

You can look into getting an adblocker like Adblock Plus for your desktop browser and modify it to hide those type posts

Search for F.B. Purity for your desktop. You can block practically everything bar your friends' posts with that, it's brilliant!

Not sure there's a solution for mobiles - if there is I'd like to hear about it!

Twitter has me driven absolutely demented with suggestions and promotions as well
