Heard from a mate whose Dad works in RTÉ that Tubbers is being replaced by Muloolly, is he having me on or is this for real?

Yep tubs is sacked and Muloolly is taking over next week.

My source said it's definitely happening and I have no reason to disbelieve him. He also said Gerry Ryan will be filling in for a week to facilitate the change over.

He's the natural successor to Tubs. I've always thought that if Tubs ever left the Late Late Show, then Ciaran Mullooly would be his obvious replacement.

Absolutely, my sources in NBC have been calling Ciaran Mullooly the Lanesboro Johnny Carson for some time now.

It's true , I believe this is part of a new decentralization plan and the late late show will be broadcast from a different midlands town each week.First up is Tyrellspass I believe.
