    Hi all,

I have an ESB meter ISKRA ME168 and there are few settings Date - Time - Total 24hr - Day - Night.

I tried to sign up for a 24h tariff but I was told I can avail only Day/Night as my meter do not support STD 24.

If this is a true, how can I change meter to avail STD 24 tariff ?

    Regards
    Piotr

    Hi Dagged,

    Thanks for your message.

To replace a dual tariff Day/Night meter with a single tariff standard 24-hour meter, we would recommend calling the Electric Ireland Customer Service team. They can be called on 1850 372 372, from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

They can then look into arranging this for you with ESB Networks. ESB Networks would carry out the exchange process.

We must advise that there is a fee of €194.09 to complete this work. This charge is applied on behalf of ESB Networks, and is payable in advance.

Should you have any questions please let us know.

    Thanks,
    Brige

Can you give me a landline number I can call on, rather than the premium rate number above?
