I have to drive south to Wexford tomorrow afternoon. What's the latest I could get away with passing Bray before the traffic stats to get bad there?

Traffic doesn't tend to build up much until after 16:30, unless there's an incident around J5. Before that time, it may slow a bit, but rarely to a standstill.

Yeah I know it can be worse on Fridays, might aim for about 4 and see how that goes.

    4? You'll hit it.

I go on the N7 occasionally, now I know thats worse, but leaving work in the CC around 230pm you'll hit no traffic. By 3pm theres traffic on a Friday. Anything later than that and you're in for it.
