Just wondering what the regulations are for air space requirements per person sharing a bedroom and are there air space regs for living rooms etc? Thanks

What do you mean by "air space"?

Like floor space is square feet, air space is cubic feet, as far as I can gather...

Do you mean air flow per chance? Air Space isnt regulated in those words, rather space would be dealt with via standard height ceilings etc.

Air flow will be designed on a max occupancy base.

For example, a box sized bedroom, the length of a kingsize bed and width of 2 kingsize beds, how many people can use it as a bedroom before it becomes overcrowded? Friend was told it was too small for two people due to ventilation, so I'm presuming that would be air flow as well as area?

this falls between a few stools

    rented accomodation standards
    ventilation regulations
    minimum apartment sizes
