There are two different registries in the UK for hedgehogs. you could try searching for those and try and find out if they have any breeders in NI. There is no registry here.

Do your homework as they are not good pets! Hedgehogs are nocturnal and walk miles each night in the wild, so keeping them in anything but a very large enclosure with access to the outdoors in summer is cruel. I hate seeing them in tiny cages with a little wheel, that's why so many end up in rescues!:(.
Why not volunteer for a wildlife rescue and help out native hogs that are injured or too small to hibernate? - I've had loads of little hogs over winter and they are great fun, albeit very smelly messy and needing tons of excercise - good fun though to see them returned to the wild in spring!:)

There's a breeder in Cork I believe, called Leslie's Hedgies. I think this is the one I was thinking of:

You can also find them for sale on Done Deal on occasion. We got ours from a breeder in Kerry who is no longer in operation. I would not recommend buying one from a pet shop, as they will not have been handled from birth.

I wouldn't agree that they don't make nice pets- we love ours (we've had him for over a year now). They have great personalities and are easy enough to maintain. I would highly recommend one.
