Looking to install a Air-Flow Aventa100T (Timer Model) in-line fan in the attic space to vent the Bathroom below. What are the current wiring regs. for this?

    1. As the unit will be mounted in the attic - does it require RCD protection?
    2. Is it acceptable to take a spur from lighting circuit and using a 3 AMP Fused Connection Unit connect this to the Fan ?
    3. Bathroom has a window - so would like to independently control the Fan on its own switch - recommendations for this ?

    Thanks.
