Rising main and pressurised cold supply to kitchen sink?

I am in the midst of rennovations. I have very poor water pressure and have installed a pressurised system and a pumped cold water supply. Cold water is pumped from a tank in the garden. I would like my kitchen sink to have pressurised hot and cold water buy also cold from the rising main for drinking.

The only three way taps I see seem to come with an expensive filtration system mounted under the sink. I don't have a lot of room under the sink. Can I buy one of these three way taps and run the rising main directly through the filter inlet. Are there any other options other than installing a small drinking water fountain type second tap?
    Thanks
