Embarrassing health problem

I was diagnosed last year with jock itch and prescribed a cream. I only used it once or twice and a hectic schedule got in the way and between one thing or another I list the tube of cream somewhere around the home. I haven't a clue now where it is.

I've been using an over the counter cream but I was never consistent with using it. By right I should be applying it 2/3 times a day. I've been using it now for the past week and sticking with it and it's clearing slightly but still there.

My work is a nightmare and demanding too much of my time. Like a few weeks ago, I worked 13 to 14 hours on a Monday, the days that followed was much and the same, followed by Saturday too and I was exhausted.

Is there anything that will help this and clear it quickly? Over the counter stuff. I should get a few hours off tomorrow morning and hopefully I will be able to make it to a chemist.

You see I'm dating and it's going well and I'd be afraid of it going into to something sexual. The jock itch isn't ideal in this case.
