Stove Glass Cracked

Hi folks - our solid fuel stove's glass cracked this morning and I need to find a replacement. I've taken the dimensions, but there's an arch at the top of the glass, so I'd assume I need to know the make and model of the stove so that they'd have a template to cut from. 3 Questions:

    1. Is there an easy way to find out the make/model? Would there be a plate somewhere on the stove maybe?

    2. Will most glass companies have heat resistant glass available to cut, or would I need someone who deals specifically with stoves?

    3. Any recommendations? We're based in Galway, but obviously if it can be posted it's fine.

Put up a photo, others on here could probably identify it.

Alternatively, if you're going to replace it yourself, just remove the current glass and bring it with you and they'll just cut using the original as the template.

Thanks - was in touch with them this morning - they gave a ballpark figure, but need the make/model to cut from the correct template it seems which makes sense.

Can you join the remaining pieces of the glass to make it so you can draw a template onto cardboard?
    You'd have better idea thenq.

That would have been a good idea for sure, but it smashed into a lot of pieces this morning and I rushed to sweep it up as we'd 2 young ones milling around the sitting room. I may end up taking the door off altogether and bringing it to a glass cutter.

Just to close this out - called around everywhere that dealt with glass in Galway, and got 5 quotes all between €40 and €80. Brought the stove door in today, and got sorted. Thanks folks!
