Okay have had problems with my homtom ht6 and amazon are absolutely brilliant and will refund. Now have a dilemma as to what phone to get. I want good battery life and 5.5 screen and am prepared to pay a little extra this time. I was looking at the one plus 3t but their customer service reviews are terrible and it is a lot dearer buying through amazon. The samsung ones seem a lot dearer. Any other good phones out there that you can recommend or if you have a on plus would you recommend.

    Get the 3T.

    It's just plainly great.

I've used my dual SIM since it came out. Awesome

I'd go for the Oneplus. Great phone.

Definitely recommend the OnePlus. I'm curious why you'd want to buy it through Amazon though when you can buy it directly for less?

Thanks for the recommendations. DeeTee100 I don't want to pay more for it but I like the security of amazon because of their great customer service. A quick google does not give me much faith in onplusone if a problem arises where Amazon will just refund you.

Buy the oneplus, and from oneplus. We have quite a few in work, one went back for a hardware issue, no problems with support.

What about a Huawei P9 dual SIM from Amazon? Smaller neater phone to hold and great camera?

Tbh with you, you should really buy direct off OnePlus. They are extremely popular phones and you only ever hear about the bad stories, nobody goes online and writes about how good a company was to deal with. I have had a OP 1, OP2 and OP3 and never had any problems.

Roger that, OP3T all the way, we have two OP2s, one OP3 and a 3T in our house all bought direct from Oneplus and all still working away brilliantly.
Great availability at the moment as well, another family member ordered an OP3T last Tuesday afternoon and had it delivered that Thursday morning after paying an extra €9.99 for delivery, he's delighted with it too.
It really is a lot of phone for the money.

Got a Oneplus 3 in our house last year and it had a hardware fault (random resets).

Step 1 was to connect it to a computer and allow Oneplus tech support to wipe and reinitialise the phone.
Step 2 when step 1 failed was to send it back (they paid) for repair. The repair took about 3 weeks as far as I recall and it has worked since it came back.

About to get a new dual sim myself and was undecided between the S7 and the 3T myself but settled on the 3T as it seems to be almost as good for a lot less money. (I'm intrigued by the Oneplus 5 but I think I could just end up constantly waiting for the next big thing!)
