HI OP need more info really. 1st coat - are the walls freshly plastered or just going over them? if so depends on the color(s) you've chosen i.e. if you have a room that is painted red forget about the first coat because it'll need 2 coats of white and then 2 of the new color anyway
I presume it's a 3 bed family home, what about all the woodwork?? i.e. what type of skirting, doors , architrave , stairs and bannisters are currently in place.
Are they getting painted?? what are they made of?? are you going to satin or gloss finish them?? How many colors are you chosing for the various rooms etc. , when was the last time it was painted?? how bad are the ceilings?? i could go on

Sorry should have said it's the outside off the house it's flat plaster not dash.

Never painted before up about 8 years.

Would like to know how much the first coat will take as I was going to buy a mix in bond online

need to guess how many to order. It's e-b mix in comes in 1 L jars

HI op i understand now sorry, yea i know the stuff i presume you have a detatched house with the sunroom . can't for certain tell you exactly how much paint you'll use but what i would do is start with 10litres of paint to 2.5/3litres of the e-bond so its roughly a 3 or 4 to 1 mix and see how you get on i think you won't be a million miles away with that and if so you could always go locally for more.
Is it that much cheaper online??, Alternatively get your hands on the cheapest stabiliser you can get your hands on and roll it on first- it may seem like an extra coat but not really as you can lash it on.
    best of luck

first thing you should do is to powerwash the house well. then put on a stabilizing solution.i have used fleetwood stabilizing solution in the past and it does a good job.for the first coat of paint you need to water the paint down a bit,say 1liter for every 5.
you need to put on 3 coats to make it last, its cheaper in the long run,you are looking at around 40 liters minim.
