Deeds - How long?

    Has anyone had experience with getting deeds from bank of Ireland? Sale agreed a number of weeks ago and Solicitor has applied to get deeds, how long does this usually take? We know the buyers are eager to get in.
    How long normally from deeds to signing contracts? They have their survey complete already.

    We sold a building recently took about 3 weeks to get the deeds.

    Mine took 4 weeks, but this was with EBS.

    Ring the bank Securities department and ask them yourself?

    Also make sure your solicitor has sent them your authority to release to your solicitor.
