    Hi there,

    i have made online bill payment last month on 30/01/2017 and up until now it is not updated / recorded on my billing.. can you please advice me what to do and what document that you need to clear this issue?

    In order for us to look into this for you, could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
    To confirm, did you make the payment online here?

    We can then look into this for you.
