    This is many years ago!
I was out for a few drinks with college mates, and mates of college mates, didn't know everyone.
Anyway, we all went out, had lots of drink and a good night!
At the end of the night, everyone went back to ours, there were 5 of us sharing a house.
During the night, one of my friends friends, who I had met once or twice, asked me if she could borrow a dress of mine. She had seen me wearing it previously.
I said no, it was one of my favorites, she said please, a few times, I said I'd prefer if you didn't.
I saw her walking out later the same night with my dress!!!!
Now, tbf I didn't say anything at the time, I didn't want to cause a fuss!
Everyone there knew each other, and I didn't want to be the cause of hassle and fights!
I don't think it's fair she took my dress without permission. What do you think?

I think. She took your mind that night, as well as your dress.

What ever way you dress it up, it's a crime and if you said no...It means no

That's not exactly what happened though.
She had being trying on your dress for a few weeks. That night you helped her to start putting on the dress and then didn't complain or say anything when you both continued putting on the dress.

I think you should have spoken up at the time if you saw her leaving with it. No point in whinging now years later over something you could have easily dealt with at the time.
