Is my disecq switch fried?

    The recent storm moved one of my lnb and had to go up in the ladder to realigned it.

    Anyhow I disconnected the cables of the disecq switch and aligned the lnbs individualy.
    When I went to connect them to the switch I just can't get the switch to work. No matter what I do. It works wit astra 2 in port 1 and 2 but as soon as I connect the astra 1 cable only the astra 1 works.

    Is the switch fried?

    How did you realign it with out it connected? Did you change settings in your box?

    If so did you change settings back?

    I tried to realign the two lnbs without changing anything in the receiver (or the switch) and doing that so I must have fried the switch because stopped working.

    I replaced it today and all workings again. :-)
