    I'm making a new thread because I couldn't post on the Degiro ask us thread.
    But my question is can one trade penny stocks with Degiro. Thanks

    On the OTC market no, there is no access to that market using degiro.

    +1 on this. OTC markets aren't really regulated and prone to manipulation. It is not uncommon for the OTC market to be manipulated or used for tax evasion.

    I would not buy stocks on unregulated markets
