    I think there gonna have to tweak their model.

    Offering free breakfast in an area with hundreds of school kids passing every morning (even porridge) and selling only vegan food in an area that supports 30 plus cheap and cheerful takeaways is gonna make for a lot of outgoings and very little income.

    Thought that all right about the free porridge.

    I initially bought Clondalkin would not be an ideal location, however, it's a very mixed bag, there are very mixed income households, so could see there being a customer base.
