Hi, looking for the average cost of renovating a bathroom of an apartment in Dublin City. So far we've found costs starting at 7k for materials and installation, has anyone found anything better?

What do you require......... a 3 piece, shower over bath or a fully tiled wetroom etc.
€7k presumably includes a new electric shower install too?

It would be a new three piece and tiling the room

You need to give more information about what spec you are aiming for , area of tiling etc, is it €1500 for materials and €5500 for labour or €4500 for materials and €2500 for labour
