Filling holes in exterior kitchen wall on the inside

    Hi Guys

Just looking for some advice on how to fill holes in the exterior wall of my kitchen and fill the gap between the plasterboard and the floor.
The tiles in this area are freezing owing to draughts coming in from these holes, so the main aim is to block them up.
Wondering if i should get some kind of plaster render or if the expanding foam is the most effective approach.
The area is filled by a dishwasher, so it doesnt neccessarily have to look great, although i would like to be as neat as possible.

Thanks for any help or advice
    Martin
