This might seem a silly question to some but ..someone please help..in a new housing development , a house is for sale for say 300k. Is that price set in stone or can you offer lower.? If you can offer lower ,in the current climate is it unlikely to be even considered do you need to just go in with the asking price?.this is a new development of 4 bed houses in the Dublin commuter belt with 5 units left all set at 295k .

New developments tend to be priced to sell, no negotiating.
